Alma Village is the first project where ARISTAN EPC provided Turn Key services.

We believe that the most important achievement is that we managed to translate into reality one of the theses of the ARISTAN EPC team i.e. “Economy class housing does not have to be simple and unsightly to implement.”

ARISTAN proposed the concept of a cottage village, which provides several housing types that meet different needs of residents. Those are townhouses and villas, as well as the nearest to the road townhouse villas, which include commercial premises.
