The old building of the Central Department Store is the architectural and historical heritage of the city.

Our objective was to preserve the architectural appearance of the building and at the same time to restyle the interior space, bringing it as close as possible to the standards of modern retail.

During the refurbishment, the TsUM was completely transformed to the standards of 1st generation shopping centers with effective plans of retail space and common areas.
