Design-bid-build
A Client concludes a contract with the architectural bureau to develop the concept and design of the future office. The general contractor performs construction, engineering and architectural design. Also, the general contractor can bring the project documentation in accordance with Kazakhstan regulations and standards. In this case, the client independently controls the implementation of the project.

Construction management
The client concludes a contract on development of a concept, design, detailed design of an office with an architectural and design office. The general contractor manages the construction process. To solve technical issues, the client can hire a professional project manager / management company.
